Troy and Prue were great to deal with after another mechanic messed up a tune on my DMax. Troy returned it to how it should’ve ran and added an ECU-SHOP module with and additional 2 tunes. All absolutely amazing. Thanks for fixing someone else’s wrongs.

Troy and Prue were very responsive to my needs - helping me achieve a new (reconditioned) rear axle in my Amarok in quick time and about a third of the cost of the dealer. They got me back on the road and will be seeing my Amarok for all service and repair needs from here on!

Troy and Prue were amazing Our Amarok stopped on a public holiday Troy tried to get us going for the drive home but didn’t have one part required to get us on the road. Troy fitted us I. The next day to get the car running again. I can not regard his service or professionalism high enough

Honest, kind, and trustworthy mechanic with lovely staff. I stopped in at Hi Tech Automotive after my car started making a concerning noise and I was worried about driving down the freeway at 110km/ph with my baby. Despite being fully booked, Prue and Troy took my wheels off to have a look and confirm whether it was safe to drive. Thank god they did because they found a previous mechanic did not put my tyre on properly and it was wobbling around due to broken bolts. They were able to arrange replacement bolts to be delivered within the hour and fixed my car up straight away so it was safe to drive. I have booked my car to be serviced through Hi Tech from now on, and am grateful there are people like this in the world.

Have been getting my Amarok serviced with Troy and Prue for several years and it's always been a great experience. Troy has fixed up a number of things including adding some accessories. The quality of work is always excellent and I wouldn't take the car anywhere else - worth the trip up from Sydney.

Best mechanic I've ever been to, Troy and Prue are legends. I've never have a mechanic actually explain to me what is happening and let me know what is coming up in the next service so that I can budget for it and not be surprised by whats coming. Highly recommend.

Prue and Troy are amazing to deal with nothing is a problem. A mechanic that is happy to explain things and not just take your money or fob you off because your a female. From repairs to service have been great. My Amarok will only be going there.
